As of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China the following are the record for the 100m dash for men and women: Usain Bolt 9.69 secs. and Florence Griffith-Joyner 10.62 secs. Most people consider the winner of the 100m dash to be the outright fastest person alive. In putting together a program to develop speed, I would want to know what is the denominator that accounts for the 1 second difference?

With the introduction of our 5-7th grade program I though it would be a good idea to bring back up a topic I brought up in the past; is it a good idea to get my child involved in a sports training program? Wanted to highlight a few changes that I think will really benefit you in regards to our new sports performance programs:
1. Sean Finley is joining us. He was a graduate assistant strength coach at NKU for 3 years and worked with all their sports teams.
