A Program For You

Wanted to highlight a few changes that I think will really benefit you in regards to our new sports performance programs:

1.  Sean Finley is joining us.  He was a graduate assistant strength coach at NKU for 3 years and worked with all their sports teams.  Yes, that includes softball, baseball, basketball, volleyball, soccer.  He brings experience and can develop a successful program for you based on whatever combination of sports/ positions you play.

2.  Diversity of Programming: We now offer classes for 10-12th grade, 8-9th grade, and 5-7th grade 4 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings.  These training sessions will help you improve your athleticism no matter which sports you play: football, basketball, soccer, volleyball.

3.  For the Women Athletes:  We offer classes on Wednesday night specifically designed for you.  They will be led by Sean Finley , who has experience working with NKU's women's soccer, volleyball, basketball, and softball teams.  They will be labeled "softball class", but they are designed to help you improve your athleticism no matter what sports you play.  Cost of the class is $40 per month and offered every Weds. night, broken down in age groups by 5-7th grade, 8-9th grade, 10-12th grade.

4.  Flexibility and Affordability:  The new programming allows you to attend any combination of classes in a given month.  That means up to 16 classes for one price.  $90 for 8-9th and 10-12th, $80 for 5-7th grade- for the entire month.
