High School Baseball Speed & Power
Your season is getting closer. Position Players we want to offer a program to TEACH you drills to help improve your first step quickness in the field, increase your acceleration out of the batter's box and on the basepaths, and build up endurance, speed, and power in your swing. The way to accomplish these things is through a combination of baseball specific movement and mobility exercises, foot speed work, plyometrics, med-ball twist and power throws, agility drills, and sprint training. If you want to increase your range in the field and swipe a few more stolen bags this year then come in, go through the workout, continue to do what we teach you and take your game to the next level.
