First round of strength and conditioning programs start Monday August 29th. These classes will meet Monday and Thursday nights for a total of 8 weeks (16 workouts). High school age students will train from 5:00-6:05 each night and 7-8th grade students from 6:10-7:00. Next round of signups won't be till October so get signed up now- especially if basketball will have you busy later in the fall.
Just a quick note- When entering a strength and conditioning program with the goal of becoming a better athlete and lowering the risk of injury, it is important to make a commitment. Training is a progression- from workout to workout, week to week. Safety is always a first priority, and more difficult training protocols should not be introduced until someone is ready. 8 weeks is a good start to a program and results will start to show. My goal is to have participants come back for additional training to continue the progression. Feel free to email me with any questions!
